Instructor Bio:
Mark Oppenheimer, Ph.D., directs the Yale Journalism Initiative and hosts Tablet magazine's podcast, "Unorthodox," the #1 rated Jewish-themed podcast in the world. For six years he wrote the "Beliefs" column, about religion, for The New York Times. He travels frequently to speak at synagogues, Hillels, and other communal venues.
