Join Repair the World educators to learn how to create meaningful Alternative Break experiences that start at Hillel and continue long after students return to campus. On this call, we’ll learn about Repair the World’s model of service learning which includes contextual information, Jewish values, service, and reflection and how to apply it to the Alternative Break, as well as how to empower student leaders through recruitment, facilitation on the trip, and post-trip community building. Find out what it looks like to bring your students on an Alternative Break with Repair the World, tapping into our local relationships and community service partners.

Open to all; Geared for professionals who currently lead or are interested in leading Alternative Breaks.
