One-time, online, 60-minute session.
Hillel professionals all over the world are responding to student life moving online by working fast to bring Jewish experiences online as well as creating spaces to gather virtually to help students feel connected. While you are working to create meaningful experiences, how are you taking care of yourself and encouraging colleagues and students to do so as well?
Join this call to share your favorite strategies and discover new techniques for practicing self and community care. Maintaining our well-being is an active process and finding a few new tools or remembering old favorites can be helpful especially at this time of uncertainty and stress.

Leah Siskin Moz, MSW
Leah is the Director of the Hillel U Center for Engagement, Inclusion and Wellness at Hillel International. Leah oversees the design and implementation of Hillel's wellness initiative, which equips staff with the knowledge, skills and tools to promote students’ wellbeing and participation in Jewish life. This includes integrating wellness into onboarding of all new Hillel professionals, piloting mental health training and helping campuses create university or community partnerships to respond to the mental health and wellness needs of students.
Participation in all Hillel U offerings should be agreed upon by the participant and their supervisor (unless the participant is a director).
