Full course description

One-time, online, 60 minute session

Deadline to Register: Feb. 11

Full Description:
How many times have you sat in (or led!) meetings that are full of good people who have interesting things to say, and the conversation is engaging, and even feels important, but you aren’t sure exactly what you are supposed to be accomplishing?  And it feels like you’re actually aren’t accomplishing anything? And that might be on a good meeting day.

In this session, we will talk about the ripple effects of bad meetings and good meetings, and share specific ideas and tips that can improve staff meetings, boost morale, and increase your team’s effectiveness.

This course will be limited to 20 participants. This session will be recorded and based on demand, may also be offered again.

Intended audience:
Geared towards Assistant Directors and open to any staff person who regularly leads meetings with a staff team. Many of these concepts and tips can be applied to other contexts, but our focus will be on running staff meetings.

Course Meets:

Wednesday February 14th, 3:00 - 4:00pm EST / 12:00- 1:00pm PST

Instructor Bio:
