Full course description
One-time, online, 60 minute session
Mimi Kravetz, Chief Talent Officer, Hillel International will be leading a discussion on negotiation. All participants will be asked, in advance, to watch a 16 minute video, created by LeanIn.org featuring Margaret A. Neale, Professor of Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Co-director of the Executive Program for Women Leaders. The video will introduce a framework to achieve successful negotiation. In the session, we'll highlight key messages, have the opportunity to practice and get feedback in small groups, and conclude with a Q & A. Participants can anonymously submit questions in advance of the session or pose questions during the session. The video is designed to address particular challenges some women face in negotiation, but will be useful for anyone, and all are welcome to join.
This Course is for:
All professionals looking for the opportunity to practice their negotiation skills.
