Full Description:
Participants will be guided through visualizations and practices intended to awaken feelings of care, loving-kindness and compassion towards oneself and their students. Self-compassion has been shown to be a foundation of resilience and positive motivation as well as an antidote to procrastination. Many positive psychology authors / researchers / practitioners, including this presenter, argue that this is THE skill/practice on which all others depend.

This Course is for:
New Hillel professionals and any Hillel Professional looking for more knowledge on mental health and self care, as it pertains to oneself and working with students.
