Like any aspect of your role, developing student leaders takes time and investment. This interactive session will explore the relationship between Hillel staff and students, looking at strategies and tips for supervising, advising, and developing student leaders. When students feel valued and valuable, they will take ownership in their roles and it will have a ripple effect on everything they touch. Join us as we discuss skills/tools that will help you have meaningful interactions with your students and student leaders.

This Course is for:
New Hillel professionals and any Hillel Professional looking for more knowledge/skills on supervising, advising, and developing student leaders.

Course Meets:
  • November 7th, 12:00pm - 1:30pm EST / 9:00am - 10:30am PST / 7:00pm - 8:30pm ISR
