Full Description:

Join Repair the World educators to learn how to create meaningful Alternative Break experiences that start at Hillel and continue long after students return to campus. Through this training, Repair the World will model the best-practices of service learning in order to show how contextual information, Jewish values, and reflection are crucial to engage in meaningful hands on service. We will also spend time discussing ways to elevate our thinking when it comes to inspiring student leadership through a Jewish lens. 

This Course is for:
Open to all; Geared for professionals who currently lead or are interested in leading Alternative Breaks.

Course Meets:

  • Wednesday, November 20th 12:00-1:00pm EST / 9:00-10:00am PST

Participation in all Hillel U offerings should be agreed upon by the participant and their supervisor (unless the participant is a director)
