Full course description

Description: This workshop provides you with the tools needed to set and use appropriate quantitative and qualitative goals for achieving success in engagement work.  We will describe the ambitious and desirable goal of 180 individual Meaningful Connections per staff and show how it effectively directs our work with 1 time participants versus those that come 6+.  Additionally, we will explore the qualitative side and how it connects to the Drive to Excellence outcomes.  

Instructors: Arielle Levy is Assistant Director of Engagement Training at Hillel International; Susannah Sagan is the Associate Executive Director of Ohio State University Hillel; Tilly Shames is Executive Director of University of Michigan Hillel;

Intended Audience: Geared towards new and experienced campus facing staff/supervisors; all are welcome.
