Full course description

Description: Customer Journey Mapping is used often by companies to better understand their customers experience. During this ‘mapping’ experience we will look at the student life cycle over their college career through multiple lenses - physical, online and personal interactions. As a group, will discuss possible interaction points that are currently happening and where there is a void. We will identify where the opportunities exist for Hillel to engage students, colleagues and partners. We will also highlight redundancies and areas for improvement. 

Instructors: Rachel Moses is the Director for Recruitment for Masa Israel Journey. Lauren Levinson is currently in her second year as Penn State Hillel’s Israel Engagement Coordinator.  Becca Levine is currently in her second year as the IACT Coordinator of Israel Engagement at The University of Delaware Hillel.
