Description: In this session, professionals will learn and apply three of the most essential skills needed to succeed within the Hillel field and the nonprofit sector: Prioritizing multiple demands; Managing up effectively; Designing and implementing a guiding vision. In a series of experiential activities, participants will learn and practice proven approaches that can be immediately implemented back on campus and improve the quality of their work. Upon leaving this session, participants will take away specific knowledge and skills to help strengthen their current positions and future career directions.
