The goal setting and management process can serve as the map that directs your whole organization towards the same future landmark. In this session we will learn how to set ambitious goals and objectives, learn to use a goal-setting and tracking tool, and create a supportive and mutually accountable community with fellow participants.

Instructors: Marissa Feinman Freed is Assistant Director of MIT Hillel. Aaron Katler is CEO of UpStart, a national innovation capacity builder for Jewish nonprofits and leaders.

Intended Audience: Executive and Assistant/Associate Directors; anyone with organizational goal-making influence
