This series is open to RETURNING BIRTHRIGHT STAFF. You are required to participate in all 6 sessions. 

Please be prepared to put your camera on, utilize a working microphone, and sit in a private place if that is your preference.

Series Description:
This 7-part series Birthright Staff Training: Returning Staff is focused on providing tools to expand your skills as a Birthright staff. When we say “tools”, we mean anything from facilitating difficult conversations to staying up to date on best practices in logistics. The overall goal of this series is to better prepare staff to create a safe space for Birthright participants to explore Israel and their 
Jewish identity.

This session takes place:
Wednesdays @ 10am EST/ 7am PST or 12pm EST/ 9am PST
**This session occurs outside of regularly scheduled times.

  • Logistics: Wednesday, March 20th
  • What’s my role: Wednesday, March 27th
  • **ABQ 1: Tuesday, April 2nd @ 10am EST/ 7am PST or 12pm EST/ 9am PST
    • This session is required for anyone who has not previously facilitated a ABQ.
  • Big Israel Questions: Wednesday, April 3rd @ 12pm EST/ 9am PST ONLY
  • **ABQ 2: Tuesday, April 9th @ 10am EST/ 7am PST or 12pm EST/ 9am PST
    • This session is required for anyone who has not previously facilitated a ABQ.
  • Ritual Innovation: Wednesday, April 10th
  • How to have difficult conversations: Wednesday, April 17th
  • NEW: Staff Training Bootcamp 4/24 @ 12pm EST/ 9am PST
  • **Sexual Harassment Prevention and Mental Health: Monday, April 29th
  • ABQ Deeper Content: Wednesday, May 1st
    • This session is required for anyone who has previously facilitated a ABQ.
